A.How can i get discount ?
 Everyone no matter who buy products online would check the price first, we ensure our product worth this price, but if you have quantity more than maximum in our website, then please contact your sales manager for more discount.
 
B.How is customs duties handled?
 At iPartsBuy, no products are taxed. However, customs officials inspect shipping packages then need to pay taxes at the request of authorities. iPartsBuy is not responsible for the package which return back or destroy by local custom due to The recipient refuse to pay custom duty.And you can set shipment invoice by yourself in iPartsBuy.com.
 
C.How to confirm whether you make the purchase or not?
 After we get your order payment, we will send you email to confirm that, include the products you buy and the delivery address. If use PayPal, will only ship to the PayPal address due to safety concerns.
 
D.How long does it take for iPartsBuy to process the order?
 After payment 1-3 days we can ship out goods ,if you choose shipment method by postage postal,The Product(s) are en route to the shipping destination via Express or Air mail. However, due to customs inspection and clearances it may take up to an additional 7 business days to reach the destination.
 
E.How can i know if the items are in stock or not?
iPartsBuy does not keep all items in stock due to maintenance issues. After receiving your payment information ,orders are usually filled in about 3 business days .The parts in the market are from many special places, it is not produced on schedule by any authorized factory. The suppliers in the market get the parts time to time from different places. That’s why the supplier make quotation for you today and the goods may be out of stock tomorrow. Anyway,a email will be sent to you if you wish to have an exchange or refund for your product if it is 3 days overdue.
 
F.How can i change my order ?
 If you want to change order items or add some products ,please contact us in two days ,we can change order products or add items to your order .
 
G.Can i cancel my order ?
 If your order has not been shipped out , please contact your sales manager for a refund by using the order number given on purchase and your PayPal transaction ID.If your order already been shipped out, then can't be.
